1. Return Eligibility

- Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase
- The product must be unused and in original condition
- The original packaging (box) must not be opened
- Products with opened, damaged, or missing packaging will not be eligible
🌍 International Orders
- Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
- Items showing any signs of use or physical damage will not be accepted
2. Inspection Process
All returned products will go through a quality inspection once received by our team.
- Refunds or replacements will be processed only after successful inspection
- If the product does not meet the return conditions, the request may be rejected
3. Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns will not be accepted if:
- The product box has been opened (for eligible items requiring sealed packaging)
- The item has been used or installed
- The product is damaged due to misuse or mishandling
- Return request is made after the allowed period
4. Refund Process
- Once your return is approved after inspection, the refund will be initiated

- It may take 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account
