What payment options are available at Revyo Auto Hub?
We accept UPI, cash, debit cards, credit cards, EMI and online bank transfers. Payment options may vary depending on the service and order value. EMI’s are only available for orders above the value of 14999 INR.
What is the tyre warranty policy?
Tyre warranty depends on the brand and model. Most new tyres come with a manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects, subject to terms and conditions. Brand like CEAT, MRF, Apollo, Bridgestone & Goodyear provides 5 years of conditional warranty.
Do you deal in second-hand tyres?
Yes, we deal in high-quality, thoroughly inspected second-hand tyres that offer good tread life and performance at affordable prices. We ship top notch quality second hand tyres online in PAN India.
What are the charges for wheel alignment and balancing?
Wheel alignment and balancing charges depend on the vehicle type and tyre size. Please contact us or visit the store for the latest pricing. For example: Hatchback & Sedan ₹500, SUV ₹500, 7 Seater SUV ₹700. We charge ₹2 per gm weight for normal wheels and ₹3 per gram weight for alloy wheels (silver weight).
How often should wheel alignment and balancing be done?
It is recommended every 5,000–10,000 km or whenever you experience uneven tyre wear or steering issues. If your car runs 150-200 km daily then you must get alignment and balancing done every second month.
Is purchasing second-hand tyres a reasonable option?
Yes, if bought from a trusted dealer. Our second-hand tyres are quality-checked and provide good value for customers looking for budget-friendly options.
Do you provide doorstep tyre fitment?
Yes, we offer doorstep tyre fitment services for selected locations, ensuring convenience and professional installation.
What is the difference between foam wash and premium wash?
A foam wash focuses on exterior cleaning using thick foam, while a premium wash includes foam wash, interior cleaning, polishing, vacuuming, and detailing for a complete car care experience.
What is the difference between deep cleaning and dry cleaning?
Deep cleaning involves thorough interior cleaning using water and foam, whereas dry cleaning focuses on stain removal and fabric restoration with minimal moisture. Both options have their own unique USP when done by Revyo’s trained & experienced detailers.
What is the warranty period on car accessories?
Accessory warranty varies by product and brand, typically ranging from 1 year to 2 year, subject to manufacturer terms. Revyo Auto Hub‘s own manufactured products comes with 1 year of warranty and MyTVS has their own terms & policy on each individual product.
What is the difference between PPF, Nano, and Graphene coating?
PPF (Paint Protection Film): Physical protection against scratches and stone chips
Nano Coating: Enhances shine and basic paint protection
Graphene Coating: Advanced protection with longer durability and higher gloss
How long does a car wash or detailing service take?
A basic wash may take 30–45 minutes, while premium detailing services can take 2–6 hours, depending on the package.
